From Calgary it's about 90 minutes to the townsite, which makes a same-day arrival programme realistic. We usually put two nights in Banff, run Lake Louise and Moraine as a dedicated day, and keep an afternoon free for the gondola or Bow Falls.
National park entry fees apply per person per day and are quoted separately so you can see exactly what's being charged.

Is Banff worth visiting in winter?
Yes — the townsite operates year-round, and winter programmes work well for incentive and photography groups. Some high-alpine roads close seasonally.
Do you publish retail prices?
No. Grace Tours works with the travel trade only. All programs are quoted as net B2B / group pricing on request, based on season, group size, hotel category and inclusions.
How fast do you respond to a quotation request?
We aim to return a costed proposal within one business day. Urgent or same-day requests can be sent by WhatsApp to our Toronto operations team.
