Canada Inbound Tour Operator for the Travel Trade
As an inbound operator we build the Canadian land product you sell overseas: routing, costing, contracting and operation, delivered as a package you can put straight into your brochure or quote.
B2B / Group Pricing Available on Request
Most partners come to us with a client brief rather than an itinerary — a group size, a season, a budget band and an idea of what the travellers want to see. We turn that into a day-by-day programme with net rates and honest driving times.
We also flag the things that quietly break inbound programmes: national park shuttle windows, Québec–Ontario driving distances, shoulder-season attraction closures and long-weekend hotel pressure.
What we handle
Itinerary design from a brief
Tell us the client profile and season; we'll propose two or three routings with cost implications.
Realistic driving times
Programmes built on actual Canadian distances, not map-line estimates.
Series and ad-hoc
One-off departures, guaranteed series and repeat seasonal programmes.
Documentation you can resell
Clean itinerary text, inclusions and exclusions ready for your own materials.
Sample itineraries
Starting points, not fixed packages — every programme is rebuilt around your dates, budget and client profile.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept series bookings for a season?
Yes. Series departures let us hold coach and hotel allocation earlier, which usually improves your net rate.
Can you quote land-only?
Land-only is our standard. International air stays with you; we can coordinate internal Canadian flights inside the programme.
Do you publish retail prices?
No. Grace Tours works with the travel trade only. All programs are quoted as net B2B / group pricing on request, based on season, group size, hotel category and inclusions.
How fast do you respond to a quotation request?
We aim to return a costed proposal within one business day. Urgent or same-day requests can be sent by WhatsApp to our Toronto operations team.
Can we customise the sample itineraries?
Yes — every sample programme is a starting point. Dates, hotels, meals, attractions, group size, guiding language, vehicle type and budget are all adjustable.
