Terms & Conditions

1. B2B services only

Grace Tours provides destination management and ground handling services on a business-to-business basis. Our proposals, rates and terms are intended for licensed travel companies, tour operators, DMCs, corporate planners and equivalent trade partners.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to supplier availability at time of confirmation. Rates are in CAD unless specified.

3. Bookings & payment

A signed confirmation and deposit is required to secure services. Balance is due prior to arrival unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation charges apply based on supplier policy and time before arrival. Detailed cancellation terms are provided with each confirmed proposal.

5. Liability

Grace Tours acts as an agent for licensed and insured suppliers. Our liability is limited to the value of the confirmed services. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Insurance

Travel insurance is the responsibility of the client company and its travellers. Adequate coverage is strongly recommended.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
