Our handling work starts before the flight arrives: flight watch, driver dispatch, meet-and-greet signage and a named contact for your tour leader. From there we carry the group through every transfer, excursion, hotel check-in and departure.
Because we control both dispatch and guiding, delays get absorbed instead of escalated. A late arrival becomes a re-sequenced first day, not a series of missed reservations.

Can you handle multiple flights arriving on the same day?
Yes. We batch arrivals into transfer waves or run individual transfers, depending on what your budget and client experience call for.
Do you provide handling without hotels?
Yes — transport-and-guide-only handling is one of our most common trade requests.
Do you publish retail prices?
No. Grace Tours works with the travel trade only. All programs are quoted as net B2B / group pricing on request, based on season, group size, hotel category and inclusions.
How fast do you respond to a quotation request?
We aim to return a costed proposal within one business day. Urgent or same-day requests can be sent by WhatsApp to our Toronto operations team.
Can we customise the sample itineraries?
Yes — every sample programme is a starting point. Dates, hotels, meals, attractions, group size, guiding language, vehicle type and budget are all adjustable.
