Turnaround days at Canada Place are unforgiving: thousands of guests, fixed pier windows and no room for a late coach. We plan those transfers against the ship's schedule, not the hotel's, and stage vehicles accordingly.
Away from the pier, Vancouver sells easily — Stanley Park, Granville Island, Capilano and Grouse Mountain fill a full day, and the ferry to Victoria or the Sea-to-Sky drive to Whistler each add a memorable second.

How early do you transfer groups to Canada Place?
We schedule against the ship's boarding window and build in buffer for downtown traffic — typically arriving well before the group's assigned boarding time.
Ferry or floatplane to Victoria?
Ferry for larger groups and coaches; floatplane for small VIP parties who want the scenery and the time saving.
Do you publish retail prices?
No. Grace Tours works with the travel trade only. All programs are quoted as net B2B / group pricing on request, based on season, group size, hotel category and inclusions.
How fast do you respond to a quotation request?
We aim to return a costed proposal within one business day. Urgent or same-day requests can be sent by WhatsApp to our Toronto operations team.
