A workable Rockies programme is usually Calgary in, Banff for two nights, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, the Icefields Parkway with the Columbia Icefield, then Jasper — and either back to Calgary or onward to Vancouver.
Moraine Lake is now access-restricted to shuttles and permitted operators, and Lake Louise parking fills before dawn in July and August. We plan around those rules rather than hoping for a space.

Frequently asked questions
When should we book Rockies hotels?
As early as possible for June–September. Banff and Lake Louise inventory is genuinely limited and sells out well ahead of the season.
Can motor coaches reach Moraine Lake?
Private vehicle access is restricted. We arrange permitted shuttle access or reschedule the visit within the day's plan.
Do you publish retail prices?
No. Grace Tours works with the travel trade only. All programs are quoted as net B2B / group pricing on request, based on season, group size, hotel category and inclusions.
How fast do you respond to a quotation request?
We aim to return a costed proposal within one business day. Urgent or same-day requests can be sent by WhatsApp to our Toronto operations team.
