Canada Student Tours & Educational Group Travel
School groups need structure: known timings, a driver who stays with the group, meals that work for teenagers and a teacher-facing contact who answers immediately.
B2B / Group Pricing Available on Request
Our student programmes link the itinerary to something the group is studying — Parliament in Ottawa for civics, Niagara's geology and hydro power, museums and university campus visits, French immersion in Québec City.
We keep the group together: dedicated vehicle for the whole programme, headcount points built into the schedule, hotels chosen for grouped room blocks, and clear timings for supervising staff.
What we handle
Curriculum-linked stops
Civics, geography, history, language and STEM visits that justify the trip.
Dedicated vehicle
The same coach and driver for the whole programme, not shared shuttles.
Teacher-first communication
A named contact, printed timings and a 24/7 line for supervising staff.
Student-appropriate meals
Set menus and dietary handling that suit school budgets.
Sample itineraries
Starting points, not fixed packages — every programme is rebuilt around your dates, budget and client profile.

Frequently asked questions
How many chaperones do you recommend?
Most schools travel with one adult per eight to ten students. We plan rooming and headcounts around whatever ratio your school policy sets.
Do you offer free places for teachers?
Teacher ratios and complimentary places are handled per programme and shown clearly in your quotation.
Do you publish retail prices?
No. Grace Tours works with the travel trade only. All programs are quoted as net B2B / group pricing on request, based on season, group size, hotel category and inclusions.
How fast do you respond to a quotation request?
We aim to return a costed proposal within one business day. Urgent or same-day requests can be sent by WhatsApp to our Toronto operations team.
Can we customise the sample itineraries?
Yes — every sample programme is a starting point. Dates, hotels, meals, attractions, group size, guiding language, vehicle type and budget are all adjustable.
