Frequently asked questions
Does the boat cruise run all year?
No. The boat operates roughly April to late November, weather permitting. In winter we substitute Journey Behind the Falls or the Skylon observation deck.
Can groups cross to the US side?
We keep programmes on the Canadian side. Border crossings add visa complexity and unpredictable wait times for groups.
Do you publish retail prices?
No. Grace Tours works with the travel trade only. All programs are quoted as net B2B / group pricing on request, based on season, group size, hotel category and inclusions.
How fast do you respond to a quotation request?
We aim to return a costed proposal within one business day. Urgent or same-day requests can be sent by WhatsApp to our Toronto operations team.
